Old Coach House is a character cottage nestled on the fringes of Presteigne, in a beautiful region of Powys. It offers three bedrooms; a four poster double, a super king-size double and a king-size double, sleeping six altogether. There is also a family bathroom with bath, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and bread oven. To the outside is off-road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden, with lawned area, patio with outdoor furniture, a pizza oven and fire pit, as well as a hot tub and sauna in an external building. Old Coach House promises a peaceful rest, with plenty for you and your loved ones to see and do in the surrounding area. Please note: Not suitable for infants due to steep stairs configuration, no stairgate/ guard is possible.

The town of Presteigne lies on the border of England and Wales with individual shops, tea rooms and traditional pubs, as well as the Judges’ Lodgings, a Victorian museum complete with judges’ apartments, servants’ quarters, courtroom and cells. The town also plays hosts to annual music and arts festivals along with a monthly farmers’ market. Walking routes include the Mortimer Trail, Offa’s Dyke Path and strolls up to Wigmore Castle. Take a day trip to Hay-on-Wye, Leominster or Hereford, each offering plenty to see and do.
