We love this place. Really nice and cozy rooms, with an amazing breakfast and an even better service from Ian and David. Edinburgh is a place to walk, and everything is near by, but if you want to take a bus to go to some.place, you have a bus stop in front of the building. Is a Guest House that I gully recommend!

Before you even step foot in the door Ian & David have already made you feel welcome, then arriving at Castle Park you realise that their beautiful guest house is just the dream place to stay. It's not always about the big things in life it's always the little things that really do make you smile, we felt at home with Ian & David. A fantastic location for our city break. Around 20 mins walk from most things we wanted to see in the city and a peaceful area to return to. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. It came in modest portions meaning it was possible to have a cooked breakfast every day with no waste, while being very generously offered more if desired! The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was so comfortable my partner and I renamed it "the cloud"! Ian and David were fantastic hosts making us feel comfortable, looked after and informed. The attention to detail during this stay was brilliant and made it a charming experience. We would come back in a heartbeat and strongly recommend this guest house to anyone else travelling to Edinburgh.
