The apartment was superb, the deco and comfort of the rooms made for a very enjoyable stay. The location and free parking meant that we could walk to all the areas we wanted to visit in Brighton and Hove.

A super clean place and every corner of the house smells so good its like walking in to a 5star hotel 😆 Beds comfy. heaters good . Kitchen utensils complete 👍🏻 and the place is just so near to the beach and restaurants as well as a small grocery shop.

We had a wonderful stay and everything was perfect for us! The flat is decorated beautifully and the location is fantastic - just a few steps from the beach. All the communication with owner Sajed was excellent and he gave us very helpful local restaurant recommendations, which were spot on. He even left birthday balloons in the flat on arrival for my daughter as we were celebrating her birthday which was so thoughtful and unexpected!

The location was perfect for what we needed, and we were able to walk up to a cafe nearby to get a delicious breakfast in the morning. The apartment was really well looked after and had great facilities. If we were staying for a longer period a slightly larger TV would have been nice but absolutely not necessary with the selection of books available. Comfortable beds and some milk left for us, which was really appreciated as we didn't arrive until late in the evening.

Really well situated close to the seafront in Hove (much nicer than Brighton in my opinion). Well decorated, lovely carpets, light airy bedrooms. Shops really close by. Great to have off-road parking. Great for me and my sister but if you’ve any mobility issues just be aware there are quite steep steps down into the kitchen/ bathroom area.

The apartment was beautiful and in a great location. Easy walking distance from Brighton centre and Hove train station. Very close to some lovely and very friendly restaurants and just steps away from the seafront. Instructions from the host regarding arrival and entry were clear. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for our night away. We had a wonderful stay.

Lovely flat with plush furnishings, beautiful fresh flowers and some helpful little touches like toiletries. Parking off street available too. Host was very responsive, helpful, informative and thoughtful. Beach view. Right near shops and cafes as well as promenade.
