This charming 3 bed home is perfect for families with children, people travelling for work or those wanting to explore Newcastle’s vibrant City Centre & surroundings. Conveniently located Just 5 minutes’ walk from the City Centre. with private OFF-STREET PARKING, guest parking opposite and houses up to 6 guests. Please note this is a residential area and the neighbours have young children so no loud noise after 10pm will be tolerated, and strictly no parties, this is breaking the house rules and you will be asked to leave the property without a refund. You must be min 25 years old to stay at this property (excluding families with children) * Guests must pay a deposit, provide ID and agree to the guest T&C's prior to staying. * This property is more suitable for families and contractors than lively groups due to its quiet residential location.
