Ash is a quiet hamlet just a few miles from the historic naval town of Dartmouth within easy reach of nearby beaches and attractions. The ever popular Woodlands Theme Park is only a few minutes drive away, Totnes can be reached in approx 15-20 minutes and Torbay is just across the Dartmouth Ferry. The accommodation is on two levels and is ideal for families or couples (with or without dogs) looking for a peaceful rural retreat close to Dartmouth and the stunning Start Bay coastline. The village of Stoke Fleming (with pub and shop/Post office) is 30-40 minutes walk away, with Blackpool Sands beach just 2 miles away. Slapton Sands and many other local attractions are also within a short drive. The cottage is in a rural location and although close, Dartmouth is too far to walk for most people. It is therefore unsuitable for guests that will be relying on public transport.
