House is a short walk to Porthcawl town with its range of blue flag beaches .The house has only one bedroom with double bed , there is another tiny space with a single bed please note this room also contains the combi boiler there is a sofa bed downstairs . Newly fitted kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. back garden unfit for use and not to be used by guests front courtyard is sunny and enclosed and contains table and chairs as shown . Any questions please ask .parking is nearby the house.
