Hidden gem perfectly located for exploring any time of the year. Spacious, comfortable, bright, well equipped for families of all ages. Gateway to: National Cycle Route 30 - epic! Angels Way - one of the best waterside walks in England Broads National Park unspoilt haven for wildlife Waveney Valley idyllic villages, unique market towns, vineyards, breweries, castles and family fun days out Bungay Halesworth and Harlestons fantastic independent shops, cafes, restaurants bakers, deli, butchers
