Courtyard Cottage is an 1850's cottage set in the heart of the medieval village of Cartmel. Situated in 'The Square' the cottage is in the centre of the village only 1 minute from the race course and right by all the restaurants and lovely village pubs! The cottage has recently been fully renovated and offers modern facilities throughout. There are 3 bedrooms with the master offering a huge superking bed. You will find some great facilities including coffee maker, washing machine, hair driers, iron etc.

The village of Cartmel boasts a race course, the 800 year old Priory, 2 Michelin starred restaurants and a variety of pubs and restaurants. There is a large choice of places to eat - just remember to book early as they do get busy - especially at race weekends! You are also right at the foot of the lake district with very easy access to Lake Windermere, Coniston Water and Grizedale Forrest.
