Ebrington View apartment is a spacious, one bedroom apartment in an ideal location a few minutes’ walk from Plymouth City Centre, the historic Barbican, Aquarium, Theatre Royal and the University. The light and airy apartment is well equipped and includes free Wi-Fi and off-street parking for your stay. You will have the entire apartment available to you during your stay giving you total privacy. There is an open plan living/dining space and fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The large double bedroom has a comfortable (but please note firm) bed and hanging wardrobe space. The bathroom is to a high standard with a bath/shower. The entire apartment has central heating and double glazing throughout. The historic Barbican with its fishing harbour, restaurants, pubs, cocktail bars, shops and bustling atmosphere is a mere 8 minute walk away. It is about a 10 minute walk to the train station with the University and Drake’s shopping centre just around the corner. Please note the apartment has internal stairs so is not suitable for people with mobility issues, there is also a spiral staircase in the living area which is not suitable for small children. This apartment is still used part-time as my home and so please be aware it is not entirely empty.

The cultural - and coffee - quarter of Plymouth, Ebrington Street, set just off from the main city centre, is a friendly and vibrant area with an eclectic mix of independents that include trendy cafes and a not-for-profit, community focussed pub that hosts regular comedy nights, live music and literary events. There’s a multiplex cinema, amusements and bowling alley 15 minutes’ walk away, whilst the Plymouth Arts Centre (a hub for contemporary art, independent cinema and creative learning) is even closer. You can also drive to a number of beautiful sandy beaches within 30 minutes, either on the outskirts of Plymouth or in South East Cornwall (scenic ferry rides to these are also available from The Barbican during the summer months).
