The town, train station and numerous bars and restaurants are all close by and the theatres, art galleries and seaside are about a 10 minute walk away. There is a double bed and 2 comfortable fold-out beds available and terrestrial channels, Sky and Netflix are available on a Smart TV. On-street parking permits will be provided by the host who lives on site.

Town centre terrace house in a quiet street very close to the town. On one side of the street there are about 10 lovely terraced house and on the other side, some very nice low-level flats. Very close to the town centre, train station, bars and restaurants. And a short walk to the seaside. On street parking permits will be provided for guests but with the train station and all of Eastbourne's amenities being so close, a car is not essential.
