Little Oaks House is a cost 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with links to everything Colchester has to offer. Just a short drive and you are able to get to the main town centre, Wyvernwood and more. If you are visiting for work you have access to all the surrounding roads and areas, the university is just down the road, town not much further away as well as a large Tesco Supermarket. The house itself is a a newly renovated property in February 2024 which brings a mix of old with the new. As you enter the property you come into the cosy living room which brings through its old character with the fireplace and cosy feel with low ceilings. Next you walk through to the kitchen which is nice and open with a small dining table. Upstairs there are two bedrooms which have been decorated and furnished to provide a boutique feel. The property is on a restricted road therefore on street parking is available but limited to a first come basis however we do have the option for off street parking at an additional cost on a neighbours driveway.

We stay at all of our accommodation before they go live in order to ensure they are set up effectively and efficiently to allow you a hassle free and relaxing stay. The company itself was established in 2019 and has 14 apartments available for short stays in Essex

The house sits right next to East street which provides access to lots of what Colchester and the surrounding areas have to offer. Just a short drive and you can be in places like the lovely Wivenhoe which is a lovely village that sits alongside the river. Here there are lots of pubs and restaurants to spend time in, some of which sit on the riverside. For younger families you can visit Wyvernwood, a magical forest for younger children. Just a short drive up East hill and you arrive at Castle park and the bottom of the town centre. Town centre has lots for everyone including lots of Roman history at the Castle Park, St Boltophs priory and more. There is an array of independent and mainstream shops, two cinemas, a theatre, bingo hall and more.
