The property was lovely and extremely clean. It was easy to access the flat, and parking was also very easy. The location is great for people going on holiday, we were visiting family and it was just down the road from them. We got a discounted price for not staying during peak times, which was really appreciated. We had an issue with the central heating, and Steve came over immediately to fix it! (Of course it was a quick fix). The furniture was modern and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Once the heating was working it was nice and toasty.

Harbour View is opposite the River Yare and just a few minutes walk from Gorleston beach (just voted the best beach in the UK!) The perfect spot for fishermen or beach lovers! We have a strict NO PETS rule so this makes it great for anyone with pet allergies. It is a spacious holiday home on one level with a lovely sunny patio garden, perfect for families with young children, groups of fishermen or anyone with mobility needs. Facing south west so if the sun is shining it pours into the large windows and fills the house with light. Every room is spacious and it has a generous feel, sleeping up to 6 guests. Large kitchen diner with a retro table & chairs, big american style fridge freezer, eye level oven, dishwasher & microwave. There is a double bedroom, a family room (double bed & a single bed) & a sofa bed in the sitting room. It is on one level with NO stairs or steps (except for 2 steps to the entrance). There is a large walk-in shower, with shower stool if needed. We provide all bed linen, towels, a welcome pack, free WiFi, flat screen TV's in the sitting room and both bedrooms. The whole house has been given a touch of luxury and we feel confident that it can offer a welcoming and relaxing stay. There is free ample parking just outside.
We are very experienced hosts and hope to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. We strive to maintain a high level of cleanliness and have a strict NO PETS rule so this makes it suitable for anyone with pet allergies.
Harbour View is located in Gorleston-on-Sea, Norfolk, England, United Kingdom. It is located is opposite the River Yare harbour where you can see the ships coming past, a fabulous site! A perfect spot for trying your hand at some river or sea fishing or crabbing with the little ones. It is just a few minutes walk from Gorleston-on-Seas stunning white sand beach, voted the UK best beach in 2023. It is close to the famous Pavilion Theatre, open all year round for wonderful entertainment and 'Pops Meadow' a lovely secure children's play area which has was completed in 2021. There are plenty of good pubs and restaurants, all within walking distance. The beautiful city of Norwich is only 30 mins by car or 1 hour by bus. The famous Norfolk Broads are just round the corner, so there is plenty to see and do. Parking is free anywhere on the road outside. Gorleston High Street, with a good selection of shops, is a 10 min walk away and there is a Morrisons supermarket about 5 mins walk away. There is a good bus service from the high street which can take you to either Norwich, Great Yarmouth or up the coastal path towards Hemsby.
