Hopefully you will feel that you are home from home, as we renovated the property entirely and mainly let it out only over the Summer. We converted the loft into a large bedroom with its own bathroom and knocked through the rear of the property to make one large kitchen and dining area, with a separate lounge in the front. There is a small garden and back yard with plenty of outdoor furniture, a utility area, a loo/bathroom on each floor and its own parking space at the side of the property which is a luxury during busy periods. There is parking (short term) in the front but you can get a weekly parking ticket from the council to use in the car parks. There is a good wi-fi connection, so don't forget your Netflix password! Although there are three double bedrooms, there is also a single chairbed and a travel cot (no bedding for it) available to accommodate smaller visitors :)
Hello there. My name is Gilly and I manage this beautiful holiday home which we rent out for a few months every year, for my partner Vas. We are property developers and when we took on this house it was derelict and dated; hopefully we have transformed it into a modern and relaxing space, We hope you love it there as much as we do and we are happy to make suggestions for an enjoyable stay. I am always on the end of a phone, though I live in Wales.
The house is in a great position, being very central in Dawlish, where there is always something going on. It is only a short walk to the station and the beach and it is easy to explore beautiful Devon, especially by trains and ferries and boats. There is a supermarket right opposite and restaurants and pubs all around.
