Michelle is an absolute star of a host. She was respectful of privacy and personal space, but also very hospital and accommodating (I booked 2 hours before arriving at her door). Lots of recommendations for things to do in the surrounding area. We had some really good chats too, what a bonus! The room was just like the photos :)
