Fantastic 2 bed terrace house in the heart of South Belfast which has recently been upgraded to a fantastic standard throughout. An ideal place to stay while enjoy a few days exploring Belfast and beyond.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located in a residential area within walking distance of Boucher Road which includes a wide range of shops, coffee chains and restaurants including McDonalds, Tim Hortons, Costa, Frankie & Bennys, Nandos, Eddie Rockets and Five Guys. The ever popular Lisburn Road is a relatively simple 15 minute walk away where you'll find another fabulous range of bars, cafes and restaurants as well as some popular retail shops and boutiques. Belfast's bustling Shaftesbury Square is a 20 minute walk from here and you'll find yourself in the heart of Belfast's Donegall Square within 30 minutes or if the vibrant night life of Belfast's Cathedral Quarter is more your thing then you can get there on foot in around 40 minutes. Driving to Broadway is easy, its located a minute from the M1 and Westlink. On street parking is easily available.
