Located in the quiet village of Threemilestone with the city centre of Truro only 3 miles away with a regular bus service within walking distance.
A modern property newly built (Autumn 2022)
Threemilestone is situated between both coasts of Cornwall and close to St Agnes, Perranporth, Falmouth, Newquay and St Ives.
Local amenities Co-op, Spar, Pub, Chemist, Takeaway and Laundrette within walking distance.
