Habitat First Group is a family-run business. Having launched Lower Mill Estate in The Cotswolds in 1999, the company went on to launch Silverlake, Dorset in 2011 and has a number of other exciting projects in the pipeline, including Birchwood Estate in North Devon. The Estates combine ecology, architecture and community to help your family to thrive and enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature. The Paxton family continues to run Habitat First Group to this day and the family touch can be felt in everything that we do.

This contemporary first-floor 3-bed apartment, within the Leda Apartments, benefits from a balcony with a table and chairs, enjoying a westerly facing aspect. Wigeon has two double bedrooms one of which is ensuite and the third bedroom has a bunk bed that is perfect for children. The living/dining area and kitchen are comfortable and modern and fully stocked with cutlery and crockery for six people. A spacious balcony decking looks out over Swillbrook Lake where you can watch the sun setting while enjoying your meals. Wigeon is dog-friendly so bring your furry friend along with you. Please note that only one small and well-behaved dog is allowed. Please refrain from leaving your dog unattended in the apartment and dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms. Learn more about this property in the "Accommodation" section below. The kitchen boasts a built-in fridge/freezer, single oven, and hob. Microwave, toaster, kettle, and Bosch coffee machine. Fully equipped to accommodate six guests. Dining table and chairs seating six, with double doors to the balcony. The lounge provides a comfortable L-shaped sofa allowing flexible seating, as well as a coffee table and TV. Master double bedroom with bedside tables and built-in wardrobe, en-suite shower room. Further double bedroom with bedside tables and built-in wardrobe, bunk room. Additional family bathroom.
