Our host was super helpful and nice. Really appreciate his efforts to help us out. The caravan was lovely and warm. We liked the kitchen living room layout - really practical use of space. Enjoyed the pool sauna steam room, friendly staff. We were amazed how short the walk into Newquay was too! Enjoyed coffee at the Watergate hotel too.

Good location as there was a view of beautiful hills and cows. All the basic needs were fulfilled as everything we needed was there. Parking was close and wifi was really fast!

Very clean and modern the host allowed us an early entry as we drove through the night from Scotland, supplied tea coffee and milk for our arrival, bedding and towels were also supplied and these were of a higher standard than most hotels we have stayed in

A Beautiful Spot I was looking to spend a couple of days away relaxing with my family before an operation. We chose Adams caravan because of the excellent reviews and location. Meeting Adam he greeted us with a warm welcome. I had never been to Newquay and was not too sure where to go etc. I explained this to Adam and he was happy to provide me with lots of recommendations. During our stay we decided to follow Adams advice even with the activities for my child who loved the bouncy castle park (thanks Adam he fell straight to sleep when we got back 👍). We also chose to eat in 2 restaurants which were child friendly (recommended by Adam) and they were fantastic. On site we also made use of the club house/entertainment and pool which we enjoyed too. I have to say Adams caravan was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Thank you for making our mini break one to remember Adam, we will be staying again 🙂

I only needed to stay a couple of days and found Adams caravan. From the moment i booked, Adam was providing me with lots of useful information and places to visit. I was met by Adam which was great as normally you do not meet the hosts. During my stay, i used the indoor pool, which was a short walk from the holiday home, and i thought this was great. The weather dictated i use the gorgeous beaches and ocean (glorious weather). The nearest beach was Porth which was a 5 min drive away. I took Adams advice on recommendations on places for food and drinks. These were all fantastic choices. Due to the outdoor seating at Adams place, i was happy to eat out and then head back to the caravan for and sit outside and enjoy the weather. I will definitely stay again. Thanks Adam.

The host Adam was incredibly helpful and gave us so much local tips for places to visit, eat & drink etc. The location was perfect for walking and driving further a field. It worked well for our teenagers for Boardmasters, as well as us visiting stunning local beaches. I can't more highly recommend the host & the caravan.
