Welcome to My Home - A Victorian Detached House built in the 1890s...used to be the Old Captains House. It is quirky and not modern but has the basics that you require for a Room Only. A comfy bed, hot shower, extra facilities, and a warm welcome. You pay for parking which is on the street or nearby multi-storey car park. A perfect Central Location for both City and Sea, Plymouth Sound. 2 -3 Mins walk. I live and work here with my crazy but 2 friendly dogs - mother and son. I provide Basic ROOM ONLY Accommodation. (Please read all rules and NOTE I require an advanced pre-arranged agreed check-in time From 4 pm 16.00 and BEFORE 9.30 pm 21.30. I CAN NOT DO LATE CHECK-INS or DELAYED arrivals. Please book more flexible accommodation if you CAN NOT arrive between 4 -9.30 pm. My price reflects this. I do not allow visitors of the guest to enter the building for fire or safety reasons, they are not covered by insurance. BE AWARE: Due to other work and life commitments this fits around these, this is why I am not fully flexible. I also require ID. NO ID No STAY. The House is warm, clean, and spacious with On-Street City Parking (You Pay) or local Multistorery a short walk. I Accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 rooms. All Rooms have Private bathrooms (ensuites). This is a NO SMOKING house and I ask for guests to be respectful and keep the noise down. No visitors. There are NO TVs = no signal here but a TV with a DVD player and DVD films. FREE WIFI is provided.
I love meeting and helping people from all over the world. I love to dance Salsa, Ceroc, and Jive, I enjoy nature, walking, paddleboarding, kayaking, arts, and crafts.
Adele’s place is located So Centrally that you don't need your car...you can walk to all the city attractions! We are blessed to be a 2 min walk from the stunning Ocean vista of the Hoe and from the Citadel Memorial features and Smeaton's Tower. Many events are held on the Hoe. It is fully lit at night to enjoy an evening stroll, or sit on a park bench and see the sunset over Mount Edgecombe, moon, stars, and sea. Not forgetting the view of Drakes Island. There is plenty of grass for a picnic when dry and it is always clean. Just a short walk of 5-8 mins is a children's park area and the Lido outdoor swimming pool and promenade. There are a few cafes and restaurants on the seafront to relax. 5 mins walk will take you into the city shopping, Theatre Royal, Reel Cinema, and Plymouth Pavilions. 15 min walk you’ll reach Plymouth’s Historic Barbican, The National Marine Aquarium, Brittany Ferries, and Drakes Circus Shopping center. Places to eat from morning to late at night. Takeaways, Day Market food, and restaurants. All are within walking distance. We have Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Indian, Turkish, French, and Greek, Fast foods, and Traditional.
