    leylands annexe was perfect, a cosy little home away from home. great location with easy directions sent from the lovely hosts — and perfect for trips to bath, cheddar gorge, wells. lovely soft comfortable bed and plenty of good cooking facilities.

Leylands Annexe is a detached bungalow in our garden next to our house. You enter through gates of our property and have safe parking. Outside you have your own private seating area with table and 4 chairs and use of our garden. The Annexe has a shower room with toilet and sink. Lounge and dinning area is open plan with the kitchenette which has a sofa bed, dinning table and chairs. TV and DVD player. Kitchenette is fitted with oven hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, selection of glasses, cutlery and crockery and saucepans etc. Bedroom has a king size bed which can be split into two singles, wardrobe and set of drawers, bedside tables with bedside lights. We have free Wi-Fi.
Both myself and Phil my husband are now retired and have lived at The Leylands for 28 years. We can help with any questions you may need to ask about the areas attractions and facilities. We have had The Annexe as a holiday let now for 9 years and pride ourselves on a very clean and welcoming accommodation for your stay. We have a five star rating and good reviews.
We have a village pub with good food. Walkable distance of 10mins and very good pubs and restaurants accessible by car in area offering different menus and prices for different budgets. There is a good Indian restaurant with a take away in Bishop Sutton 10 mins drive away. The next village has a good Spar shop and by the Chew Valley lake a good farm shop with tea rooms and also further around lake a Fish and chip takeaway and restaurant. All these attractions are easily accessible by car, we are very close to Cheddar gorge, Bath , Bristol and Weston super Mare and many National Trust gardens in area. Good walking on Mendip hills Wells is a 30 min drive away with a beautiful Cathedral and lovely walks around gardens and a moat. , supermarkets a Market is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays selling local produce and many café Restaurants and pubs. Street and Glastonbury are about a 40 min drive away which has The Tor to climb to see amazing views across the Somerset Levels, Clarks village good wet day activity to visit and shop at discount prices with famous Clarks shoes shop. Shepton Mallet -best Fish and Chip restaurant and take away, Kilver Court designer shopping centre.
