Our cabin is tucked away in the corner of our garden surrounded by fields just outside the lovely village of Swafield. With it's own shower & toilet, TV, Tea & Coffee, double bed with high quality memory foam mattress, 400 thread bed Linen, patio with garden furniture (Available once the weather improves), plus breakfast made from local produce served in the kitchen. Your furry friend is welcome to stay as well & use the garden. We have our own little Bulldog called Pippa who is very friendly to both Dogs & Humans and will no doubt say hello at some point. In the cabin you will find an information booklet along with some recommendations for food, beaches and general sightseeing. I give my guests space but am available when needed in the cabin you will find a welcome hamper. If you are bringing your Dog, there will be some welcome bits for them as well (these will be handmade and wheat free). The TV instructions are located below the TV along with the remote control. You have all the normal Freeview channels. If you’re planning on spending the day at the beach then we have some chairs, windbreak, parasol and a cool box you can borrow, we can also supply a picnic made from local produce. Please enquire regarding price and What you require diet wise. We ask you not to take towels from the cabin to the beach but if you are in need of some then we have some you can use, please just ask. If you would like fresh towels, then please leave your used ones on the floor. Bed linen is changed every 2 days if you’re staying for a longer period and wanted them changed daily, please ask. There is a Tesco express in Mundesley as well as a larger Sainsburys, Lidl and Waitrose in North Walsham. A steam station Iron and board is available.

Welcome to Lilac cottage garden cabin We moved here in 2022 from Milton Keynes, after holidaying in this stunning county for many, many years then we stumbled across this lovely cottage and decided to take the plunge and move here full time. Mark is a qualified chef and is great at making cakes (you may have some in the cabin) and he now works as a catering manager for a local education and activity centre in Overstrand although in the past he has cooked for Prime ministers and Royalty. Lawrence is a Project manager who mainly works from home so you may see him from time to time especially over the weekends, plus you'll meet our Bulldog Pippa who always likes to say hello.
