The flat is beautifully furnished with everything you would need for a short or longer stay. The balcony was a nice extra too! It was very clean and had a welcome basket with snacks and drinks. Perfect location - we attended a conference at Queens and it was a short walk away, with lots of amenities nearby. Easy self check in and we saw a staff member when checking out and they were very friendly.
