Welcome to our modern and characterful double bedroom top floor apartment. This apartment has the convenient location of all the amenities on your doorstep but also the security you need being located behind a secure gated communal courtyard. As you enter the apartment, both double bedrooms lead off the hallway. The main bathroom is also off the hallway, along with the kitchen, living & dining area. The modern fitted kitchen hosts electric appliances inc fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven, dishwasher and is fully equipped with everything you should need throughout your stay. Wi-Fi is complimentary and available throughout your stay. PLEASE NOTE: There is no lift access to the property.

We are situated on Winchcombe Street a short walk from the town centre and Cheltenham's iconic Promenade and Montpellier district. This property is a great base to explore Cheltenham and the surrounding towns and Cotswolds. It is also a great place for business guests as it offers Wi-Fi, a parking space and easy access to Cheltenham and the surrounding areas. There are bus stops in the town centre, a short walk from the apartment. On foot you can easily access the High St, Promenade and Montpellier area of Cheltenham and similarly you can reach Pittville and the Race Course if you wish to walk a little further.
