A rare & unique Georgian Residence combining period charm, luxurious interior and state of the art facilities situated in Norfolk Crescent, one of seven unique crescents. Upon entry to the residence, guests will be struck by its pure magnificence. The enormous 40sqm main room with 4m high ceilings extends naturally via floor-to-ceiling windows to a balcony overlooking the 2-acre crescent green. This living space provides ample room for a full dining table, full size chef-spec kitchen with all modern conveniences including a range oven, dishwasher, wine fridge and island; with the lounge area providing a working Defra-approved log-burner gracing the hand-carved Italian marble fireplace with 55" QLED UHD smart TV above. We also provide a small desk area for those that really shouldn't be working on holiday... The bedrooms have gorgeous 400TC Egyptian cotton bedding, UHD TVs, and are ensuite. The bright master suite has a stunning Lusso Stone Bath and Basin, and heated towel rails. The second bedroom has a fabulous rainshower. There is also underfloor heating throughout and whole house ventilation. Please NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE if you are bringing a baby or pets.
I'm a busy mum of 2 and work in central Bath. I love travelling, cycling, running and walks with our two English Springer Spaniels. As a family we love taking on challenges and seeing what we can achieve with hard work, determination and a good dose of humour! I love good manners, kindness and respect. My husband and I have personally been involved in every aspect of the sympathetic restoration to reinstate Georgian & Regency elegance back into this exceptional Crescent townhouse. In total there are four four fully self-sufficient residences. Each one has been painstakingly restored to a new and extremely high spec standard. We are still working on this project and so you may see us around. Please do feel free to ask us questions about these magnificent residences, we love sharing our journey with those that have chosen to come and stay!
