We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this apartment. It actually exceeded our expectations. It's very well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. Our 5 year old loved the sofa bed! It's within walking distance of the town centre and also the beach. There are also a good few restaurants nearby. The Korean restaurant was particularly good. Communication prior to our stay was very good, and check-in was quick and easy. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoy ayour stay in our bright, airy, 1 bedroom appartment just a few minutes walk from Bournemouth's award winning beaches and vibrant town centre with its many shops, varied restaurants/bars, the beautiful Bournemouth Central Gardens and the BIC. The appartment has its own private entrance and lovely exclusive patio. Accommadation comprises a double bedroom with King bed + a small en suite bathroom with shower/bath/WC. A spacious, well equipped open plan kitchen/living area. Dining table and 4 chairs . Tea & coffee provided. A two seater sofabed. Secluded private patio for al-fresco dining. Clean Towels, Linen etc. Graco baby cot. Clock DAB/Bluetooth Radio. Smart TVs in Lounge and Bedroom. The apartment sleeps 2 adults + 2 children +1 baby. Off street parking for one car included. Additional linen & cleaning by arrangement. Although the accommodation is very bright and spacious, the bathroom is small and accessable only via the bedroom so guests should bear this in mind when booking. There is a comprehensive house manual in the property with appliance user guides, local information and fire risk assessment. An Access Statement can be sent in advance on request. Prices are based on 2 people sharing the bedroom. If the sofabed is required for two individuals aharing the aprtment additional laundry charges apply.
We are Ros and Gino who own this stylish apartment. We are both retired. I spent most of my life flying around the world as cabin crew for British Airways. I grew up in the Bournemouth area and know that the apartment is in a prime location. Gino recently retired after 26 years working in aviation too. We live near Windsor and we occasionally stay in the apartment ourselves and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do. Bournemouth has lots to offer travellers of all ages and interests. We hope you enjoy your stay. Our colleague Ramon will be on hand to greet you and provide assistance if needed. Please be sure to look out for email messages through Bookingdotcom which will advise check in procedures etc.
The apartment is just a few minutes walk from Bournemouth West Cliff and award winning beaches. Also within a few minutes walk is the vibrant town centre with its many shops, restaurants, bars, the beautiful Bournemouth Central Gardens and the BIC. There are also cycle hire shops nearby. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE FREE PARKING SPACE FOR THIS PROPERTY. A PARKING PERMIT WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU ON ARRIVAL. please display this at all times when parked in the car park as there is Parking Control in force. There is an NCP car park nearby for additional vehicles. Thank you for your understanding.
