Situated in the heart of Bath, No 17 The Paragon is a stunning one bedroom apartment just a couple steps away from some of the best bars and restaurants in the heart of Bath. With a luxurious feeling throughout the flat has some unique and beautiful features including original Georgian covings. The entire property has been completed to a high standard with luxury fixtures and fittings throughout such as Tedd Todd wood flooring and Mandarin Stone tiles. The property has been designed and furnished by Studio Walcot with beautiful furniture pieces from the likes of Neptune, The White Company and Elliei Home. The space feels stylish yet cosy, and is the perfect romantic spot for relaxing while being in the hub of historic Bath. The property features high speed BT fibre optic WIFI, a doorbell intercom system with screen inside of the door to allow you to see arriving visitors, a smart thermostat and fire alarm system and in the bathrooms there is underfloor heating. The stylish Neptune kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will require while staying here and the dining table and breakfast bar can comfortably seat four so that you can all enjoy the stunning views.
This apartment is 15 mins walk from Bath Spa train station and a 1 minute walk from all the main shopping and restaurants in Bath. This clean, spacious and warm 1 bedroom flat is perfect for a leisure or business traveler. It has one king sized bed complete with premium bedding. I wont be available in person but will be available on the phone or by email to answer any questions and assist you with any problems. Bath is a very special city to us and there is an almost endless list of sights to see, places to eat and drink and things to do during your time here. Historic sites, buildings, parks and monuments, museums, art galleries, watching Bath Rugby play at The Rec, the Bath Christmas Market, theatres, shops, afternoon tea, walks, boating, bike riding, day trips to the ancient monuments of Stonehenge and Avebury, and relaxing in the therapeutic waters at the Thermae Bath Spa. Some travel books and leaflets are provided in the apartment, and the Bath Tourist Information Centre adjacent to Bath Abbey is very helpful if you need more information.
