This old part of Aberdeen is well located, charming, Scottish inspired flat is the perfect spot for a wide range of activities: whether it's watching people row or sitting along the River Dee at the School's boathouse which is 1-minute walk or taking the 10-minute walk to the City Centre or Aberdeen Train Station. It's less than a mile from Duthie Park, a great spot for architectural features. Within the park you can also find David Welch's Winter Garden, one of Europe's largest indoor gardens.
You can get around town by foot, bus, train or car. Onstreet parking is free in front of the property. There are nearby take away shops, convenience store, restaurants and bus stops.
