Old Orchard Cottage is a converted, self-contained luxury lodging. Inspired by its rural setting, the cottage comprises of: Lounge featuring NEW log burner; sofa and armchair; free wifi, Samsung Smart TV, Freeview, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, YouTube, Spotify. Bedroom with: (super comfy) King Size bed, electric blanket, Ottoman, bedside tables and lamps, 2 large double wardrobes, dressing tables with mirror, hairdryer and usb mobile charging points. Kitchen with: 5 ring induction hob and microwave, full oven, fridge, Krupps Nespresso Coffee maker with official 'Starbucks' pods; breakfast bar with cereals and fresh milk. Large bathroom with Bayliss & Harding vegan handwash, large corner 'rain' power shower, storage and all towels. We use 'Green Care' products for environmentally friendly cleaning. Utility/Boot Room with washer dryer machine, boot rack, coat hooks, hanging rack. The room provides an additional entrance for those muddy boot (occasional) rainy days. Guests can also explore the local area with fabulous woodland and forest trails in touching distance Pets are also very welcome to accompany you for for a small charge of 10 pounds per stay (just pop in the 'fur babies rent pot').

We are delighted to welcome new guests to our lovely rural cottage in North Yorkshire. Living at the adjacent house, we will always be on hand to help guests if needed, or simply leave you to enjoy the peace and tranquility.
