Friendly owners, place immaculate. Room very comfortable, nothing an issue. Allowed to use the kitchen at all times. Tea coffee etc available. Highly recommended.

We are located less than a 100 metres from western park, in a very quiet and peaceful area of leicester, close to shop, supermarket, public transport.
We like to share our space with people from different parts of the world.
Just 1 minute walking to western park, easy access to city centre and fosse park shopping centre.
