Phoenix House is a newly refurbished luxury apartment situated in the very heart of Newcastle city centre, literally a few steps away from the famous Tyneside Bridge & the Quayside. It is surrounded by some of the best bars and restaurants Newcastle has to offer. The vision behind Phoenix House has always been to offer luxury and comfort to our guests in the best possible location in Newcastle city centre. Phoenix house is a stylish and spacious 2 bedroom apartment. It has a lounge & dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and city centre views. The apartment comes with a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer, 2 flat screen TVs with satellite channels, 4G wifi throughout, 1 queen size pocket sprung bed (which can be converted into 2 single beds), a small pocket sprung double bed and a sofa bed. There is on-street parking available outside of Phoenix House. Alternatively, the nearest car park is the Dean Street car park which is just a 3 min walk away. Both of which would be at guests own expenses.
