Excellent property, easy to park and collect keys. Spacious, clean and great theme. Mattress was super super comfy. The apartment had its own Netflix sign in which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Holiday Lets Cornwall Ltd is a family business run by a husband and wife team. We have spent the last year renovating this property with the aim of making the same relaxing and luxury environment that we would expect whilst being away. We hope you will enjoy the love, care and attention to detail that has been lavished on this apartment to make it the perfect home from home.

This newly renovated apartment (July 2020) is themed on Pirates and Cornish Smugglers. “Pirate's Cove” is a delightful first floor apartment that has been furnished with hand painted furniture and has great attention to details in both décor and facilities, to make your stay as memorable and comfortable as possible. Relax in the spacious living room with the amazing beach cove featured mural, or curl up in front the large screen smart TV with Netflix and Internet based TV channels, perfect for a cosy evening should you need to shelter from the Cornish mizzle. You are also welcome to play any of the games from our treasure chest, or read a book. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with soft Egyptian cotton linen and also features a smart TV for the ultimate relaxed viewing. There is also a well equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and onsite parking. Located in St Austell town centre making it close to the train/bus station, restaurants, shops and other amenities without need to drive.

Located on a quite street, only 15 steps away from the St Austell town centre, there are lots of nice restaurants/cafes, a 5 screen cinema, bowling alley and a wide variety of shops, both locally owned and national brands, all within walking distance. Easy access from the town to walking and cycling paths in picturesque locations. The train station with the great connectivity to other towns in Cornwall is only about 10 minutes walk.
