The penthouse apartment is located within a former gentlemen's residence in the stunning costal town of Bournemouth and within the prestigious Talbot Woods. The apartment sleeps up to 5 adults and operates a self-check-in service to give guests more flexibility droom with a double bed and built in wardrobe, and third bedroom with single bed. A spacious, well equipped open plan kitchen/living area. Dining table and 5 chairs, Tea & coffee provided, A three-seater sofa and single chair. Separate family bathroom equipped with Bath/WC and Basin, High Speed Fibre WiFi, Communal Gardens, Clean Towels, Linen, Board Games, Selection of DVDs, baby cot, Smart TVs in Lounge and bedrooms with NETFLIX. The apartment sleeps maximum of 5 adults (2 Couples and 1 single) or 2 adults + 2 children +1 baby. Off street parking for one car included. Additional linen & cleaning by arrangement. There is a comprehensive house manual in the property with appliance user guides, local information, and fire risk assessment.
The stunning luxury penthouse apartment in a prime location in Bournemouth has recently been renovated to high standard with washing machine, fridge and freezer provided and comprises of a large master bedroom suite complete with built in wardrobes and ensuite shower room. A second bedroom with built in wardrobe and a further 3rd bedroom with a single bed. The property has an allocated parking space for one car, with plenty of free parking across the road from the property. Bournemouth has lots to offer travellers of all ages and interests with events such as the Bournemouth Airshow not to be missed. We hope you enjoy your stay.
The property is a short walk from bars, restaurants and shops of Winton and close to Bournemouth Town Centre, Gardens and Bournemouth's Award Winning Beaches within a 15 minute walk. Also within a few minutes walk is the beautiful Meyrick Park with its Golf course and parks that lead you into Bournemouth Central Gardens. Talbot Woods Talbot Woods is known as a prestigious area, which is steeped in history. The wealth of architectural influences on display in Talbot Woods reflects the areas historic evolution. The inter-war years saw the greatest period of development, with designs heavily influenced by the Arts and Crafts and Revivalist Movements, popular at the time. Talbot Woods is desirable not only for its arty influence, but it’s peaceful surroundings. The area is made up of majestic tree lined avenues, as well as fine, sizeable detached houses and large, beautiful gardens. Surrounding the Talbot Woods area, there is a wildlife and woodland conservation area, which makes it even more appealing. Just a stone’s throw, sits the highly regarded West Hants leisure and tennis club, as well as Meyrick Park Golf Club.
