Prospect Perch is a self catering studio apartment nestled in the heart of Somerset offering spectacular countryside views of the Mendip Hills and picturesque surroundings. Prospect Perch offers a spacious boutique style bedroom with an elegant en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen area. Accompanying the luxurious double bed is a comfortable sofa bed making Prospect Perch an ideal countryside hideaway for couples and families alike. Smart TV and WiFi included.
We live on site and will be available to assist you throughout your stay however please rest assured we will leave you to your own devices unless you specifically require our attention. Your privacy and enjoyment of your stay with us is paramount.
The property is conveniently located a couple of miles from the quintessentially English City of Wells, and less than a 15-minute drive the famous market town of Glastonbury. Wells (5 minute drive) is home to a whole host of amenities to assist you on your stay, including coffee shops, pubs, supermarkets, shops, take aways restaurants and more catering to all of your cuisine requirements. When you can tear yourself away from this wonderful base, explore the surrounding areas of Wells and Glastonbury, with plenty of walking routes from your doorstep its a ramblers haven. Wells boasts many attractions, the main one being the world famous Cathedral, Vicars Close (the oldest inhabited street in England), High Street shopping with many independent boutiques, marvellous coffee shops, pubs and restaurants, a museum, as well as the chance to roam around the picturesque Bishops Palace & Gardens and you will be greeted by the graceful and glorious swans in the moat surrounding the palace!
