A truly special off grid luxury cabin, alongside your own private lake 💕🌱🦆🐟☀️ Soak in a hot outdoor bath, nestled amongst the branches, as dragon flies and birds play around you. Enjoy the cosiness of the cabin in front of a crackling log fire, and take in views over the water. Rustle up breakfast in the outdoor kitchen, and lounge with a coffee and book in front of the panoramic windows. Come night time settle down in front of the campfire, before enjoying the stars in the clear night sky. There is no electric in the cabin, just some simple solar lights and a wind-up radio/torch. It is the perfect place to unplug and unwind :) There are three battery powered lanterns with several hooks around the outdoor kitchen and outside the door of the cabin for you to hang them on. If the lanterns are knocked the light might go out, but if you twist the base slightly, they usually come back on. There are spare batteries under the bathroom sink. We suggest bringing your own torch and a battery back phone charger if you want to charge phones. We usually get one to three bars of 4G phone signal with EE in the cabin. A small basket of logs/kindling/fire wood is provided for the stove inside the cabin. Should you require additional logs for the fire or stove outside, we can arrange for a local farmer to deliver them to the car park in advance of your stay for six pound a net. Please let us know before you arrive should you want us to make arrangements.

We are a Welsh farming family, and also breed Welsh Cob horses. We give guests space and privacy, but are on hand should you have any questions or want a chat. Our contact details will be available in the cabin guide located inside the cabin on your arrival.

The cabin is located just 2 miles from the popular seaside village of Rhosneigr with popular restaurants, bars and boutique shops. It is a great base for various water sports, beach strolls and sight seeing. The cabin area is relatively secluded, and down a gravelled country lane. Parking is adjacent to one side of the lake and there is an approximate 150metre walk from the car park to the cabin, around the edge of the lake along a grassed path. A pull along trolley is available to carry luggage. Guests should bring a torch for dark evenings, and sensible foot ware is advised. There is a taxi firm nearby but this should be booked in advance (Marc's Taxis). The nearest train station is Rhosneigr. Bicycles are a great way to get around. The lake is private to the cabin. It is around 3-8ft deep with an uneven surface. It gets quite weedy in parts and there are fish living in it. Use of the lake is at guest's own risk.
