Easy location, just off of the A34.
Very clean, lovely staff! So welcoming and accommodating!
Also a gym on site, it is small but enough for what is needed.
We had breakfast at the hotel, it hit the right spot, fruit, yogurts and the usual cooked breakfast and toast available.
With a peaceful, rural location, just 20 minutes from the historic university city of Oxford and just 10 minutes from Abingdon, the hotel is rich in original character and dates to the 19th Century.

We'd just missed the farmers market on Friday which was a pity. Science convention in the square on Saturday. A real hive of activity. Lots of lovely historical buildings and the Abbey gardens were lovely even on a wet march day.

We live in Leeds so the trip to Abingdon is one of our favourites .A small market town with lots of places to eat and lovely Oxfordshire countryside and wildlife. Nearby Bletchley Park is definitely worth a visit. There are lots of places to walk in Abingdon and lots of history to discover. Oxford is only a bus ride away and they are very regular .Would never drive there.

I used to live in Abingdon and area for 44 years, so I would reccamened a holiday there for any explorer of Oxfordshire as bace to start from, for traveling north or south as there are many beautyfull towns and villages to visit.
The hotel was lovely in a great setting. Our room was ok, though on the small size but suitable for our one night stay. It was in the old stables near the main hotel. Breakfast was really nice with a good choice. The evening meal we had the night before was very good though the lighting could have been better as it was very bright. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We were only a few minutes walk from the town centre & the river Thames which was good.
The location was excellent allowing us to see a side of Abingdon we might not otherwise have seen.; situated next to Abbey Park, with lovely walks. The receptionist we saw on arrival and during our stay was very helpful. Since the hotel restaurant was closed for a wedding, she suggested other options and gave us good directions to our choice. She also gave us ideas of things to do/see in Abingdon. The room was of a good size and good access to wifi.
Lovely place. Excellent location if you're visiting Oxford by car. Abingdon also has its charms so convenient for that too.
Room was nice, a bit on the smaller end, but perfectly comfortable. There are other options available.
Tasty breakfast and an excellent variety to choose from.
Fantastic staff!!! Friendly and welcoming! Kudos to the team!
Definitely value for money so highly recommended.
We will be staying again for sure.
Great location for visiting Abingdon and Didcot amongst other towns in a small village with a nice restaurant and pub. Lovely property set back off the street so it’s very quiet and private. The annexe is very clean and has lovely fresh bedding and decor. Nice treats upon arrival - milk, biscuits and wine. And tea, coffee and sugar plus oils and seasonings available for use at the property. Everything’s been thought of.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dinckley Court. It’s a beautiful property located as it is alongside the River Thames and the perfect spot for visiting Oxford and other nearby parts of Oxfordshire. There are many great options for eating nearby. We received a very warm welcome from Annette and our room was very comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely stay at Dinckley Court again!
Alexandra was amazing! Such a lovely bubbly warm welcome - she made the experience!
Breakfast was amazing! The hotel decor is gorgeous. Everything is neat and tidy and clean. I would have like to have tried the restaurant as it looks lovely.
This place could not have been more perfect. It was beyond spacious, homely and really close to the town center. We had a washer and dryer which was wonderful. It had great parking, two spaces which is hard to find in Abingdon.
The location perfect for my purpose of attending a wedding at Jesus Chapel Oxford and for the closeness of the reception held at Kingston Bagpuize House. The breakfast was a choice of 3 servings and you cannot do any better!!
Perfect room, well equipped, kettle tea and coffee and hot chocolate, Perfect location for walking dogs and into Abingdon. Beautiful surroundings and colourful flowers in the Courtyard. We would definitely recommend.
A most gorgeous studio unit in a lovely village close to Abingdon. The unit is very well equipped, comfortable and modern . We well and truly had everything we needed. Very friendly accommodating hosts and a lovely cat.
The breakfast was first class ,better than any hotel breakfast I have experienced recently.
Rooms spacious and well appointed .
An issue with one of the lights was fixed within 5 mins !,
Rooms are to an excellent standard of decoration and cleanliness. The location is perfect for Abingdon and accessing Oxford. Parking is available on site and good choice of shops nearby.
We had a wonderful meal when we arrived, not too long to wait. Enjoyed the room.
We could sit inside or out at the dinning and drinking areas.
Very close to beauty spots and Oxford.
This is my go to hotel when working near Abingdon. The rooms are nice, the food is good, and it's easy to get to from the highway. Its also easy to walk into Abingdon to see the town.
The room was lovely and comfortable - tastefully decorated and had everything you might need including a kitchen. The location is very convenient for visiting Abingdon School.
The Breakfast more than adequate, nice & fresh in the fridge. Excellent location especially for Didcot Railway Centre, Oxford and Blenheim Palace. Food was delicious.
