We are walkable to the Airport and you can park your car and fly for up to 2 weeks for a small fee. Our rooms are medium sized room with a double bed 3 power points. Both venation and black out blinds at the window for subtle or deeper darkness. T.V and free WiFi are supplied. There are ample coat hooks and a low level unit for suitcase or bag storage, and a dressing table with mirror, and hairdryer. There is also a kettle for tea and coffee which is supplied in your room. The room is carpeted for a sumptuous feel and we pride ourselves on hygiene and cleanliness . The views over the airport are interesting and as our B&B is located at the bottom of the runway you can see and hear the planes take-off and Land. Please bare this in mind when booking. Some guests find this exciting to watch others not so. Either way we are so close to the airport that it is walkable, no parking problems as we also have ample space for parking and can even arrange a shuttle for you (subject to time).

We both really enjoy meeting our guests and like to make you feel as comfortable as possible. We offer a continental breakfast included in some booking options or at an extra charge according to your booking choice. If your leaving earlier than 7:30am we can make-up a breakfast bag or biscuits, fruit, brioche rolls and juice cartons so you can take a light snack with you - pre booked and charged according to your booking option.

We are directly Oppersite The Anne Bolynne Pub, which offers great food at a very reasonable price. We're also one of if not the closest B&B to Southend Airport. The beautiful quaint village of Rochford is a 10 to 15 min walk away and Southend seafront and all its attractions are under a 10 min drive.
