It really was upscale camping. Had help getting our gear upto the dome. Comfortable bed, good basic facilities. Fantastic view over Lochcarron and really peaceful. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. Beautiful stars at night.

Eileen was so welcoming we felt at home right away. The dome tent is lovely with a big comfy 'proper' bed. The view from the door of the tent over Loch Carron is wonderful. The little hut alongside was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and a cuppa. Eileen even provided us with whisky glasses - we needed a wee dram after the Applecross Pass! There is a short walk up to the tent but Eileen offered to ferry our bags up on her ATV which we didn't need but would have been welcome if we were staying longer. I very much enjoyed getting to know the animals too, the sheep are friendly and Shiva and Loki the pigs enjoyed a fuss. It was fun playing with Murphy the dog too. We'd recommend a wander down to Yagoda's Bistro on the side of the loch for dinner. As usual for the highlands in summer, we needed our midge spray. Thanks Eileen, we didn't want to leave, and will be back...

The couple who own the croft are just awesome people! They carried our luggage for us using their quad bike. We were doing the NC500 and we were absolutely shattered. This was the best rest we had all week. The dome was clean, bright and had loads of cosy blankets, and that bed is more comfortable than ours! The cooking facility has everything you would need. And don't even get me started on the view. Beautiful. Thank you so much!

The owners were exceptionally friendly, whilst not being overbearing. The view was superb, as was the location. I'd never been glamping before but will certainly consider it again. The facilities were excellent, with private bathroom and kitchenette next to the tent.

Lovely welcome from Eileen! Its a beautiful location looking over Lochcarron. Only a 5/10 min walk down to local pub/hotel for some food and drinks. Everything was perfect, would highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thanks again! 😁
