Please note that the garden is enclosed and is good for dogs and children. We would like to inform you that should you require linens for the sofa bed, there will be a nominal fee. This charge is implemented to ensure your utmost comfort and satisfaction. However, if you do not need the sofa bed linens, rest assured that this charge will not be applicable, allowing you to enjoy your stay without any additional costs. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee per additional hour overstayed. The house is located to the north of Bournemouth city centre, and it’s just a 5 minute walk to the shops, coffee shops and cafes, bars and restaurants. The beaches of Bournemouth are only a little further away. You can also drive to the award-winning beaches at Sandbanks in about 10 minutes. Of course there is plenty to do in the local area—it’s what helps make Bournemouth so popular with visitors all year round. Some of the attractions that are close to the property include: Meyrick Park and Nature Reserve - this property actually backs onto the reserve Meyrick Park Golf Course - don’t forget to bring your clubs if you fancy a round. The course is just a 3 minute walk from the property.
