Property information

Welcome to our BRAND NEW Birmingham PureStay. This is a fantastic 3 storey Townhouse right in the Jewellery Quarter in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. The House itself boasts a huge Lounge Kitchen Dining ground floor, with a separate guest toilet in the entrance lobby. We have a Dining table that can seat 8 people comfortably, as well as 4 bar stools for the remaining 4 people if full to 12 person capacity. Each upper floor has 2 bedrooms, all with en-suites. There are 4 bedrooms in total. Each bedroom has a DOUBLE and a SINGLE bed in. All beds are fully dressed with LINEN, and 1 Bath towel per bed. Each shower room has a hand towel in. The property is actually a brand new build, though it is made to look like the existing old warehouses on the site. Therefore, it is incredibly high standard, warm, secure and modern. We have super fast Wifi for your usage whilst in the property, a fully stocked kitchen with all pans plates and utensils etc. as well as all of the appliances you need for your short stay (kettle toaster etc)

Neighbourhood information

The Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham is very central to the City Centre. Around a 5 minute walk and you are in the centre of Birmingham. The street we are on is now all residential, however in the past has been industrial. There are still building works going on around our property, which doesn't cause any noise issues as the insulation is so good, but it does create dust and construction workers to be nearby. We do have a good relationship with the developer, so any issues please report directly to us. The area is also very central, so is surrounded by other buildings, roads and pathways. There are no green spaces around, other than the small garden area to the rear of our property (the view from the Lounge).
