Elim is a two bedroomed property with its own dedicated parking space and tranquil garden in Dartmouth. We are situated almost diagonally opposite the Naval College with River views (perfect August Regatta location!) and Coronation Park. We are a two minute walk from the Dart River and embankment, the local shops, restaurants and amenities. Elim has two King bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 4 adults. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and there is also an additional family bathroom with a shower over the bath. We have a well equipped Kitchen and a lounge with stunning views over to the Dart and Noss Marina. Outside we have a lovely garden and a large roof terrace with views to die for and perfect for sundowners!

I am a keen kayaker and marathon runner and I am a working Mum of four. I am a real advocate of exploring and enjoying the South Hams as there is so much on offer for families and couples alike to enjoy. I really do love seeing the satisfaction and pleasure that our guests enjoy on a stay in this beautiful part of South Devon. Dartmouth is a beautiful town with plenty do do from boutique shopping to fine dining as well as water sports, walking and exploring the general area by foot, car or public transport. Across the water Kingswear is accessed via the Lower Ferry and in Kingswear the Dartmouth Steam Railway is located that provides journeys from Kingswear to Paignton on their historic steam train stock. They also make round robin trips on both the train and riverboat cruises which are always popular with visitors to the area. Agatha Christies Greenway House is passed by on the train journey and is another focal point for visitors to the area with its stunning house, views and gardens. Torbay and the English Riviera is another wonderful location to visit, with an array of stunning beaches and things to do, including the Paignton Zoo. Britannia Naval College in Dartmouth is also well worth a visit with its commanding view of the whole of the River Dart. Walks from Elim are as long or short as you fancy, with the South West Coast path accessible from Dartmouth via Warfleet which leads up near the Dartmouth Castle, an English Heritage site which has lovely walks around it leading to the South West Coast path that heads out towards Blackpool sands and further to Torcross and Start Bay. You will be spoilt for choice with as little or as much to do as you would like!
