Our lovely lodge is a home away from home. Includes everything you should need. Keep the kids entertained with various board games and coloring. Both bedrooms are of a very good size. King-size bed and two 3ft single beds (no banging into the wall when you try to turn over in bed!). 48" TV in lounge with Freeview. 32" TV in the main bedroom with a DVD Player. 22" TV in the small bedroom - ALL TV's HAVE FREEVIEW/NETFLIX & AMAZON PRIME/CATCH UP TV The main bedroom has a full-size dressing table, walk-in wardrobe, bath, and a shower. The family bathroom has a lovely double shower. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher/washing machine/5 ring hob. Dishwasher tablets/Washing tablets provided. You may bring your own boat, canoe, or kayak for an enjoyable time with family or friends. After you have taken advantage of the scenery and outdoor water adventures, you can then stop by the on-site family-friendly restaurant or grab a drink at the bar while enjoying the music. South Lakeland Leisure Village has its own lake, which is free to use if you are a lodge owner or holiday guest staying in the park. The lake is home to a selection of fish which include wild trout, perch, bream, carp, and pike. Fish can range up to 30lb. There is fishing available for our owners and also holiday guests in our new development Borwick Lakes. Day permits can be purchased from the South Lakeland Leisure Village reception and are priced as follows: GBP 6.00 for one rod GBP 8.50 for two rods Borwick Lakes is an open fishery consisting of four interconnecting lakes holding an excellent head of mixed coarse fish. A selection of pegs is available around the lakes offering secluded, peaceful bases away from interruptions and noise pollution. The fishery offers stocks of specimen carp (30lbs+), chub, tench, roach, silverfish, crucian, perch, bream, skimmers, and more... We hope to make your stay as wonderful as you would want it to be.
