READ THIS CAREFULLY ONE KING SIZED BED ONLY - THERE ARE NO OTHER BEDS IN THIS PROPERTY. The Annex is attached to my private house and we insist on respect for our neighbours and ourselves. The Annex has its own front door. We make sure that our guests have lovely crisp fresh bedding and towels; the property is absolutely immaculate throughout. It is a strict no smoking area in and around the property. It is very close to Morpeth and Newcastle and lovely beaches, parks and all accessible by bus, metro, bus or car. A welcome pack is provided; everything is in sealed packs apart from the tea, coffee, sugar and ground coffee; this is cleaned after every guest and refilled with fresh items. A complete set of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and pans. Basically everything and a bit more you would have in your home. It is a warm property and very cosy. We would ask that if you do bring a small dog it is toilet trained and it is not left alone. We do not allow dog crates in the property. A cleaning charge for dog is payable of 10 GBP per night.Please note this is a mews house and does not have windows that look out onto the street or countryside.
I am a florist designer and artist. I was a teacher. The Annex is a quaint cosy and private mews cottage on the outskirts of Newcastle upon Tyne; it is located adjacent to other buildings; views are limited. The airport is a few miles away; we do get a little flight noise but nothing to wake you up or rattle windows! Please note this is a mews house and does not have windows that look out onto the street or countryside.
The village is quiet; it is has a few convenience stores and larger Spar. There is an ASDA 3 miles away, Lidl and Aldi are around 4 miles away. The bus stop is very close, the bus routes take you to a large Metro station that accesses a vast amount of the North East. There is a Chinese takeaway and Indian restaurant within walking distance. Close by there are some lovely walks and a big nature reserve called Big Waters.
