The Annexe, Laburnum is a cosy, single-storey, semi-detached cottage set in the small hamlet of Rescorla near St. Austell. With one double bedroom, the cottage can sleep up to two people. There's also a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and an electric fire. Outside, there is a courtyard garden with furniture and off road parking for one car.
