The Annexe is a self contained 4 bedroom house on the site where we live. We are situated in a village location 8 miles from Bath and 11 miles from Bristol. The property has recently been refurbished with new Kitchen, Bathroom, Carpet and soft furnishings. The property is ideal for guests attending events at Priston Mill, The Pig @ Hunstrete and Folly Farm, Pensford. Golfers would enjoy the course at Farrington Park, all within 10 minutes drive. We are within easy reach of the city of Wells and Cheddar Gorge. Both within 25 minutes drive.
I live with my wife Catherine and three children. I am interested in sport and have actively participated in Football, Cricket and Cycling.
The village has a post office, local shop, fish & chip shop and public house, all within walking distance. The village is well served with bus services to both Bristol and Bath
