A beautiful stone barn conversion of a former Granary in a courtyard setting , set in a valley off the beaten track, in a secluded rural location, in the heart of the Devon countryside. Beautiful walking and cycling locally or venture to Dartmoor and other local scenic spots closeby. The Granary is set within a courtyard which is shared with the owners who live in the adjoining property. The farm is still a working farm. Fabulous and spacious open plan layout on the ground floor, with separate TV/lounge area and vaulted dining area, 2 log burners and a comprehensively equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, (one of which has a zip and link bed and can be configured as a twin or a superking, the other a king size), cot bed, large bathroom with separate bath and shower. Outside in the courtyard is a seating area, BBQ and private hot tub. WIFI but please note this will not be sufficient for work purposes or gaming. A short drive from the nearby villages with pubs and amenities, Dartmoor is a 20 minute drive, or venture further out and reach the coastlines of North Devon and North Cornwall in just under an hour. NO PETS NO SMOKING ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING NOT PERMITTED LOGS FOR BURNERS ARE NOT PROVIDED AND MUST BE KILN DRIED ONLY
