Comfortably and stylishly furnished whilst retaining original features such as thick stone walls and pillars, it is a real home from home. It’s convenient setting makes it an ideal base for walkers, fishermen and nature lovers. The Speyside Way runs along the riverbank here and goes from the Moray coast to Aviemore. There is a 9-hole, 18-tee golf course one mile away at Ballindalloch, with other superb courses less than an hour away. Within easy reach are the ski slopes of the Lecht and Cairngorm, or by contrast enjoy the wonderful sandy beaches of the Moray Firth around Lossiemouth and Nairn, where the famous Moray Firth dolphins can be regularly spotted.
