Absolutely amazing host couldn’t have done anymore for us we were attending an event at Newark Showground perfect location for overnight stay The breakfast was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble have great advice for eating out and transport to and from the venue The four legged friends were beautiful and welcoming too thanks a million had a great time Room was very warm

FREE PARKING FOR ABOUT SIX CARS.LARGER VANS MAY NEED TO PARK ON THE LANE, NOT TO WORRY WE ARE SUPER PRIVATE AND DOWN A COUNTRY LANE WITH NO ACCESS APART FROM OUR GUESTS. ALL ROOMS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED. TEA/COFFE/WATER IS PROVIDED AND A SMALL FRIDGE. THERE IS A LARGE GARDEN AREA FOR YOU TO SIT AND ENJOY OR LITTLE FEET TO RUN AROUND IN.
