Set on the Historic street The Shambles in the heart of York the apartment is perfect for short breaks and business trips. *We have 2 further properties in this building for larger parties. Up To 16 people in total. Please search The William Morris Suite and The Attic Suite* This apartment provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people (max for short stays or comfortable for 4 for longer stays) including hall, lounge/dining room with two sofas, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and a bathroom including shower. Sofa bed in the living room plus 2 single futons . The apartment has central controlled heating. All bed linen and towels are provided. Kitchen essentials including washing up liquid and tea towels are provided for your convenience along with an iron and ironing board GUEST ACCESS Self check in is available after 4pm on the day of arrival so you do not need to worry if you are delayed or arriving late. Access is a key code through the communal door and a key safe outside the apartments entrance door. Code details are forwarded prior to your arrival. STAYS OF 7+ DAYS WILL BE CHARGED A REFUNDABLE 200GBP DAMAGE DEPOSIT.
