Completely self-contained and private. A beautiful, modern and cosy living space. Located behind the thatched, 18th Century - Trippen Cottage. This open-plan, en-suite, two story converted barn with kitchen, Shower room, Sofa/day bed, smart tv, WIFI, central heating, double bedroom upstairs, with door opening onto a private roof terrace is conveniently located in the historic village of Cottenham - walking distance of the Fens, Pepys Cottage and Pepys House. Generous parking, locked and double gated, with gravel drives. Dog friendly and convenient for country walks. Cambridge City lies just 5 miles away with all of the Cambridge University buildings and sights at your doorstep. Cambridge Science, Business and Research Parks alongside Cambridge North Train Station can all be reached within 10-15 minutes by car. A convenient base for Newmarket races and events, a 30 minute drive away. An excellent bus service is also running from the village into Cambridge.
