Before we arrived the communication with the owner was excellent. On opening the front door the smell was amazing. The eldest kept saying wow this place is beautiful. Very clean contemporary space. The kitchen was clean and had every appliance you would need. The living room was beautiful. The bedrooms had lovely decor. Honestly couldn't ask for more. We were lucky to get parked out front. A great location within walking distance to shops restaurants and bars. Will definitely be back again thank you!

If you’re looking for comfort, location and amenities this is the place to book. Our host Chris fantastic and nothing was too much bother. The location of the house is one of the best locations in Belfast with a host of restaurants and boutiques are surrounding the property. Local bus into the city centre is 10 minutes down the road and the bus stop is a two minute walk from the house.

This home was lovely to stay in. Living area was great to enjoy a movie and lovely furniture to relax on at the end of our busy days. Highly recommend so long as you’re comfortable to go up and down stairs.

We loved our stay here, very clean and tidy, with modern facilities, house was decorated to a high standard. Very comfortable double beds with lots of cushions so perfect for relaxing. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location with shops and bars nearby, quiet street with plenty of parking spaces. Chris was a great host and was super helpful. A great place to stay if visiting the area for a family or a small group of up to 6 people. Highly recommended

Lovely, clean home with very comfortable beds. The house is located a little outside the centre, which was perfect for us as it was so nice and quiet. It was still easy to get into the centre. There are lots of nice shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, including 3 supermarkets. We would highly recommend staying here.
